Dip and Clip is based in Stewartby and I cover Bedford and surrounding villages.

The Dip and Clip Van is fitted with bath and warm water hyrdobath, grooming table dryer and clippers to provide a comprehensive mobile service operating on your doorstep. This means no mess in your house we use our own water supply and only require a plug point for electric. With no car journey to the groomers and no waiting around for your dog while other dogs are groomed the experience is relaxing for even the most nervous of dogs.

Dip and Clip’s groomer is Carol Ford a professionally qualified and insured groomer. Trained at Shuttleworth College gaining City & Guilds NPTC Level 2 Intermediate Certificate in Dog Grooming and at Dapper Dogs Professional Groomers and Grooming School in Norwich successfully completing City & Guilds Modules with Distinction.

• Brush out to remove dead coat knots and matt’s
• Nails checked and cut if necessary
• Ears checked and cleaned/ plucked if necessary
• Anal Glands Emptied
• Bathed with shampoo according to coat requirements
• Blow dried
• Clipped or Scissored to Breed standard or your specification
• Specialist in Hand Stripping

My normal grooming charges do not include extreme de-matting if your dog is matted there will be an extra charge due to extra time required. I groom humanely so if a dog is severely matted it will be clipped off. Any elderly infirm or aggressive dog may be difficult to de-matt.
